Top effort Johnny D. To balance your hard work, I'm spending some quality time on the sofa (for you) watching sport! Amazing achievement already - you already look slimmer than Eddie Izzard! Keep it going and enjoy it all. Ian
Where do you come up with these crazy challenges?!? I'll be thinking of you while i'm crying, trying to run the Berlin Marathon in September!
Good luck and lots of love,
Bernie, remember the advice of a veteran triathlete - ease into it for the first 400 miles, then crank up the pace! You being out of the country obviously good omen for England cricket team - just smashed India to go 2-0 up. Can't give you too much news of your beloved Toffees but pretty sure they haven't spent any money and aren't going to be challenging for the title - as usual! Keep pounding out the miles and I'll see you in Reims. Let me know what treats you want me to bring out. Percy
woohoo!!! Amazing John!! Keep going!!! Xx
